Hi, guys,
I'm so happy to see that you are still together, successful, and still touring!
I took a trip down memory lane today and listened to your first album and part of 'See it was like this' on my iPod. I'm a long time fan who grew up in Jersey and attended several of your concerts there, back in the early days. I would love to see you again...any plans for a trip to Chicagoland?

Rex and Neal,
I attended a show of yours at Chans in Woonsocket, RI. back in December('07). It was the first time I had seen you guys perform live in about 14 years. What a fantastic show!! ATS is better than ever. I will forever be mystified by the music establishments failure to recognize and promote your enormous individual and synergistic talents. I first heard ATS around '73. I was immediately captivated by the sound, the lyrics, the harmonies and the beautiful melodies. After that, I don't think I missed a show of yours at the Shaboo Inn, and even ventured over to RI. a couple of times for your shows. Those were great times! Anyway, I just placed an order to replace my ATS vinyl with new CDs and decided to also catch up on your more recent releases at the same time.
Mainly, I just wanted to convey a hearty and sincere "Thank You" for 37+ years of great music and fantastic live shows. Rex - you have written some of the most beautiful and meaningful songs of the folk-rock genre; Neal - you have always been one of my favorite guitarists - definitely my all-time favorite acoustic lead player. Your playing is technically excellent, but more importantly - is highly melodic and emotionally expressive. Together as ATS you are, in my humble estimation the very best of the genre.
I am looking forward to your performance in March at the East Hartford Cultural Center - I'll definitely be there. Please keep on keepin' on!!!
A fan of 37 years,
Jeff

Dear Rex & Neal:
Thank you for the autographed 35th Anniversary DVD. NEVER have I enjoyed such a performance. It is truly a culmination of your years together. The mastered skill with which the strings were played that night may never again be duplicated. The vocals were the sweetest you've ever recorded to date. The humor, during the performance and the interviews, allowed all who witnessed this event to see a special side of you. Music history would do well to remember you with reverence. Peace, love, health, and prosperity to you both.

Was introduced to ATS music in the late ‘70’s and have been a loyal fan ever since. Saw them in concert for the first time at Dartmouth College in 1978, I believe. Keep the music coming, fellas!

Well......having seen you perform in a few venues in the 70's and 80's, I think that it is time for you guys to come West of the Rockies and the Continental Divide. I am always on the East Coast at times when you aren't performing. WE could use your music out here, too.

Hello!
Back in the 70's, I was introduced to "Two's Company" by a new boyfriend. Although he is long gone, I am still enjoying "Two's Company" and had the opportunity to see you at Toad's in New Haven. Thanks for all your great music!

Wake me - I'm dreaming! My husband gave me the surprise of my life last night (Saturday, July 21, 2007) when I walked into a party for my 50th birthday and Aztec Two Step was the entertainment! I was in college in 1976 when my guy and I fell in love with each other - and with the music of ATS. I cannot tell you how moved I was that my husband recognized how important your music was to us over the years and managed to get you both to Syracuse to be the hit of my party. You were WONDERFUL to listen to and to talk to. Thanks, Rex, for helping Mike to realize his PRIORITIES. And thank you Rex and Neil for the 30+ years of beautiful music. We will always be your fans (and we're raising 5 more). Thanks, also, Rex, for writing Prisoner, (Mike's favorite). " There will always be a faster gun, but there'll never be another one like you." Gratefully, Susan Ellingworth
